Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator


The Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator plays a dynamic role within ClickDimensions, reporting to the Chief People Officer, and provides talent acquisition support to the entire organization globally. This position will provide logistical and operational support to the Leadership and People Team and coordinate key phases of a candidate’s life cycle as they move through the Company’s defined interview and acquisition process globally. Emphasis on process driven tasks requiring strong communication, the ability to both problem-solve, and anticipate and address potential issues in advance. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator will assist the People Team in the day-to-day HR Operations, including preparing the employment contracts, onboarding documentation for new hires and other ad-hoc/administrative duties.


 

Key Objectives/Duties

  • Co-Ordinating the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing strategy through to hiring talent for ClickDimensions globally.
  • Partner with Functional Leaders to deliver a high-quality recruitment service, hire top talent, understand hiring goals and plan effectively
  • Proactively attract high calibre candidates using creative search methods and tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, online job boards, social media, networking, events etc
  • Handling multiple recruitment campaigns at different stages of their lifecycle, while having the ability to manage and control candidates and vacancies.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the employer brand, culture, values and mission. Promoting the company as an equal opportunity employer and driving a fair process for both internal and external appointments.
  • Consistently aiming to deliver a high-touch personalized candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and build talent pools.
  • Support HR operations with administrative tasks including: the creation of employment agreements, starter and leaver documentation, on-boarding, general letters, references, staff changes, annual leave tracking, payroll, HRIS maintenance. Perform all other on-going and ad-hoc HR administration tasks / processes as required.

 

 

 

ABOUT YOU

What we need:

  • 1-2 years of progressive experience from positions in staffing, corporate recruiting, talent management, and HR operations
  • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Team player, collaborative, and thrives in an SMB organization
  • Innovative contributor wanting to partner with Functional Business Owners
  • Confidentiality and Discretion
  • Excellent networker
  • Excellent communicator, both written, verbal and presenting; ability to communicate with diplomacy and manage difficult conversations
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to think strategically & execute tactically
  • Previous experience in utilizing an HRIS is preferred
  • Solid MS Office skills
